Corrections are the most useful email we get. Ownership changes, audit reports we have missed, a price that has moved, a country where something stopped working — send it.

We read everything and reply to corrections within a few days. Please include a link to a primary source where you can — the company's own page or filing beats a forum post.
What we do not do
- Sponsored posts or paid placement. Not on this site, at any price.
- Pre-publication review. Providers see reviews when readers do.
- Review removal for money. Providers leave the not-recommended list by fixing the problem.
- Affiliate-programme discussions that involve editorial. Programme sign-ups are handled separately from anything that touches rankings.
Security issues with this site
If you find a vulnerability in a tool or the site itself, email the address above with "security" in the subject. Tools run client-side and store nothing, but we would still like to know.
